<image:title>Meet the Crew - Tink Senior Artist/Co-Owner</image:title>
<image:caption>In the world of tattoos, passion and skill run in the family. Meet Tink, daughter of the legendary Uncle Bob. After tattooing her dad at just 11 years old (in 2001), Tink’s love for ink was born, and she’s been tattooing full-time since 2008. Tink specializes in floral, botanical, fine line, fantasy-inspired, and spiritual tattoos—often drawing from her favorite books, especially in the fantasy genre. As a yoga teacher, Reiki master, and meditation guide, Tink understands the challenges of the tattoo experience, particularly for those with anxiety. She creates a calm, welcoming space for everyone, whether it’s your first tattoo or your tenth. Your journey is hers too, and she’s here to guide you every step of the way.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet the Crew - RJ Tattoo Artist</image:title>
<image:caption>Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and a proud U.S. Navy veteran, I began tattooing in 1996 and joined Uncle Bob’s Tattoos in 2000. My fascination with tattoos began at age five, but it was in my early teens—watching my dad get tattooed and immersing myself in the imagery of 80s and 90s tattoo culture and rock/metal album art—that I truly fell in love with the art form. I work across a variety of styles, including black and grey, color, fine line, and traditional, striving to be fluent in as many as possible. Cover-up tattoos are a favorite challenge for me—the sense of accomplishment when transforming an old piece is incredibly rewarding. My personal style leans toward a hybrid of black and grey with bold splashes of color. Tattooing has given me the opportunity to meet incredible people and touch their lives in meaningful ways. From hearing jokes and personal stories to witnessing tears and joy, there’s nothing like seeing the look on a client’s face when their vision comes to life.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet the Crew - Rich Junior Tattoo Artist</image:title>
<image:caption>Born and raised in Jeffersonville, Indiana, Rich has been passionate about art and tattoos for as long as he can remember. His early years were filled with sketching anime, training in boxing and martial arts, and exploring different forms of creativity. Eventually, life led him back to his first love: art. When Uncle Bob’s Tattoos announced they were looking for an apprentice, the timing couldn’t have been better. Since joining the studio, Rich has immersed himself in all aspects of the craft—learning not just the technical skills of tattooing, but also developing his talents in drawing, oil painting, and traditional art under the mentorship of Robert Hall. Rich is a laid-back, detail-oriented artist who strives to create tattoos that leave clients feeling happy, confident, and excited. He believes a good tattoo can be life-changing, and that passion shines through in every piece he works on. While Rich is still building his tattooing skills across a range of styles, he is especially inspired by realism and dark art in his paintings and drawings. His long-term goal is to master realism in tattooing as he continues to grow as an artist. Outside of the studio, Rich is an avid musician and martial artist. He enjoys drumming and has a deep appreciation for music ranging from alternative rock to old-school R&B and funk—favorites like Pierce the Veil, Incubus, and Deftones are always on his playlist.</image:caption>
